My daughter and hubby and 3 yr old and baby are here for 10 days. A Baptism, celebrations and Christmas food. Doing good so far, thank you band!

I have with a sinus infection. The post nasal drip caused the sore throat. I figure it will take two weeks of being careful. Any longer and I will see a Doctor

My daughter and son in law and their baby and 3 yr old are here for 11 days. I am on a new lifestyle, no mention of surgery. I am not eating enough, going to find some ways to get extra protein in. More meal planning.

August 2014. Down 40 and I really need to keep loosing. My girls are supporting me but I am the one suggesting good food choices

It took me ONE night to love my CPAP I put my mask on, set alarm for work, place my head on my pillow and alarm goes off. No tossing and turning, no waking up, no night reading because I cannot sleep I do hope one day to not need it but for now it is my best friend. -

I had a hernia repair at the same time also. Was up and walking the evening after surgery and out and about some the next few days. Always ensuring to nap, relax and no lifting
