Walking is my best friend. Releases the gas and takes the pressure off of my stomach from when I lie down. -
Tomorrow I will be on day 6 and full fluids. I look forward to a banana smoothie. Blender, ice, banana, yogourt

I had the same issues. I believe just a lot of gas. The more I moved around, the better I felt. I am on day 5 today and the feeling has gone away -

Day three post op for me. Shower day felt great. Taking meds regularly and walking around -
