I am booked for a band in Toronto, ontario on August 22. I found this site through a friend. I think it is wonderful as I am reluctant to share information with my friends yet.I finally did share the info with two friends. One came with me to Toronto. I am having a sip of water and not sleeping well as I am having surgery today My surgery got advanced to Aug 13. All went smoothly. I love this site, they keep me motivated. I have lost 30 lbs
