Most (all?) grocery stores should have it. It would be with the other broths (chicken, beef, etc.). Has 9-10grams of protein per serving.

I'm in and will track here!
  3. None for me either and I had door duty! I did tell Mr. EB he needs to buy only candy corn, Mounds, Almond Joy, and Whoppers next year...I hate them. He had all the good stuff, but I really wasn't tempted, though it smelled good!

They pumped me full of 8 pounds of fluid! After my syncopal episode, I guess they didn't want to take any chances!

My surgery weight on 10/10 was 210.8 and my discharge weight was 218.4😒. Today (3 weeks po), I weighed in at 195.8. I have been able to drink 64 ounces and get in 60 grams of protein from the first day I returned home...which led me to believe that I had a placebo sleeve!😂 Once I started soft foods, I quickly realized that a majority of my stomach was no longer there. I would say the best thing that has happened to me since surgery was the ability to...😊SLEEP ON MY STOMACH AGAIN!!!!😊

That's what I did, CM, with the obligatory tear in my eye. It was horrible for the first two weeks, but I survived.😊

GALS who started their journey over 300 lb+<br /> +

Hi! Your stats are similar to mine. My highest was 365 - surgery weight was 327 (on 10/10/18) and current weight is around 312. And today I went to the gym for the first time in 10 years!! I went with a friend who has a membership. I did 25 minutes on the treadmill which isn’t super long but I DID IT! And then I JOINED the gym so I can go anytime now!! I plan to go again tomorrow and shoot for 30 minutes!! 👍 You are kicking butt, my sleeve twin!

    So Dramatic...

How could I forget this one... We were driving home from the hospital and stopped once so I could walk around in a restaurant parking lot. After opening the door, I felt like I had to vomit and try to clear something from my throat...turns out it was my uvula!!! There was so much inflammation from being intubated that it was hanging down my throat. Every time I swallowed, it felt like I swallowed my tonsil. It was a truly horrible situation for about a week. As Mr. ElectricBoogaloo took a picture of it so that I could see, he said it is kind of shaped like a penis...at the grocery store...to which I responded a little louder than I should have (read:wailed), "I don't want to continually swallow a P***S!😂
  10. That's great! Congratulations!

Thank you! But, looking like a Klingon is not my jam, either😂😁

Mantra: Never trust a fart!! (I contemplated using this as my user name😂)

    So Dramatic...

When I woke up PO, I screamed, "I'M ALIVE?!" to which the entire room started laughing! Then, the unthinkable happened later on that day....I had a vasovagal syncopal episode on my first walk PO, passed out, fell face first on the tiled floor (nurse present😒), unconscious for more than a minute, full code called, concussion...still suffering from that (may not resolve for 3 months), while the surgery itself has been smooth sailing. Go figure!
  15. The day before my 24-hour, liquid only Surgery Eve (that was a mouthful!), I had three bags of popcorn. My rationale: I was eating SkinnyPop 100cal bags...now staying out of Costco! When I really, really thought about no popcorn for six months, I indulged and savored every piece.

    They called my work!!!! D:

Oh no! That is such a HIPPA violation...especially sad coming from HR!!! You have every right to be upset and to submit a formal complaint. Oregon Bariatric was in the wrong for disclosing who they were and so was your HR colleague who yelled across the room.

The 3rd week stall is a common occurrence. You can search BP and find many instances of this happening. Power through, your weight loss will continue!

When should you get fluid removed from the band?

This is definitely not what normal restriction is. You need to have some removed and titrate up slower. Good luck!
  24. I have SisterLocks and am somewhat concerned (locked for 6 years, 450-500). I have my hair re-tightened every 4-5 weeks. I may have to rethink that, though I really hate how they look with new growth. I will investigate L-Lysine. Thanks for posting, GT! Btw, you locks are lovely!
