Yes sir you need to get motivated!! It's always hard specially if you don't have anyone telling you lol thankfully I did and made myself do it now this time I need to get back into it and yes it's not much but would like to see how I feel with that weight and if I don't feel comfortable I will gain weight ???? you don't have anyone to join you for a walk or start working out with? -

I normally do when I am very hungry and eat fast. Other than that am fine but noticed that after surgery. So don't eat fast ????

@@sgc first go on your date and see the vibe you get from this person. You can just be forward but not to pushy and say we should see each other again and see what she might say. Oh and you always give a respectable hug and see how she feels about that. Or if you don't feel comfortable you can just shake her hand.

Hi sometimes Facebook has sites depending on your location so people can post pictures of clothes to sale. I started buying clothes when all my clothes fell off lol I really didn't want to buy so much stuff. -

@ NevadaDave where is this support group located? Since I had my surgery back in July 2014 I never attended a support group. I always came into this site.
