so now i was dumn and i ate some non-mushie items because they went down with no problem. Now I have a lump of moderate pain under my port/ribcage. any ideas how to get rid of it quickly? -

<p> </p> <p>Mine was 36 when i had my surgery after my pre-op diet. and i started out at 232 and im down to 200 today!</p>Oh and my co-morbidities were one kidney, family history of kidney desease, family history of diabetes, vericose veins. -

Heating pad or corn bag is helping me with the pain and walk the sound is probably gas and you need to walk it out. -

IUm 5'4 1/2 started at 232 size 18 now 210 size 14 to 16 depending on style .surgery 2 days!! woohoo!! -
I agree with you for teenagers. Im not telling mine right away. I dont want them to think i took the easy way out but rather have them know by watching me eat differently. I just think maybe they will follow suit that way and not create hysteria.

I just got approved today and hopefully withng the first 2 weeks of Dec. Im so excited i cant stand it!! Im started at 232 and now 215 and want like 130.
