Hi,
I have been suffering with weight for a long time which is probably why i suffer from depression and diabetes.
I have yo yo dieted for many years at least 15.
I decided yo join NHS groups so i could possibly get a Lap band or some support but again i didnt hit their criteria so in the last 3 years i have been researching Bariatric surgery.
I have 4 small children ages 14 months 4 years 6 years and 8 years.
I decided i had to make a life changing decision to see my children grow and live longer my self .
so after a holiday to Orlando this year in February i decided that i will must and go through this.
I have always been very self concious to the fact that i do not like being photographed and can not look in a mirror at my self, i even look away at the reflections in windows when walking past.
I am on a very steep down hill route and coming to an unfavourable end!!
So i picked my self up and researched the best operators in Europe as i was on a tight budget .
i opted for My op to take place on the 26th of June 2014 where i had a RnY gastric bypass.
At my Heaviest i was 350 pound when i decided to take my op i was 330. 10 minutes before my op i was 316 pounds and today i have weighed in at 294.
i have plateaued for the last week at 294 but i am on the move again but even though i had stalled so to speak my clothes were getting considerably looser but my walking is now up to 5 miles a day.
I am now cycling 5 miles too as i have loads and loads of surplus energy.
The only down side are Mood swings felling hungry and not feeling hung and my glucose levels are V low.
Good things are i am totally detoxed and i replaced coffee and carbonized energy drinks with water.
