Wow that's a lot of water I'm supposed to drink 64 oz. my problem is trying t I drink liquids one oz for 30 minutes then continue like take a sip of water and wait until a few minutes then another sip and keep going until you reach 30 minutes then rest and start again.

I just had my surgery on 7/11/14 and I was on a liver shrinking diet and lost 10 lbs. I'm now on 2 weeks liquid, 2 weeks purée and 2 weeks soft food. Albeit I didn't expect so much pain after the surgery but I have a low threshold of pain. Good luck
