    i did not take mine out. my dr's never said anything about it - so i thought they only meant oral bc. i didn't have any problems. surgery was 7/9.

    i hate the shakes. have tried so many ready made, but they all make me gag.... hoping to add berries at some point, but not sure when that would be safe to do.

    i also am struggling. i have tried slimfast, boost, muscle milk light, unjury,glucerna, premiere, & atkins shakes...... they are killin' me... i have to gag them down. Atkins is the least offensive, but still hard.... i have unflavored powder that i add to yogurts & puddings, but can't add it to drinks...blech. any other ideas?

    19 days post op. Shakes make me gag. Have tried sooo many brands.... Sick of being hungry & thinking about food I just want to sleep & wake up in 3 months....

    i am struggling.... 18 days post-op. i can barely do one Protein shake a day...they all taste horrible. have tried 7+ diff brands... i can have purees,but getting protein in is tough. very very tired of sweet creamy things. very tired of creamy. & mouth hunger is overwhelming. how long before your mouth/brain catches up?

    7/9 surg date. 1st post op 7/16. exhausted. really fight mouth/brain hunger. very thirsty.
