I have Anthem Blue Cross and my medical group is Newport Medical Group. That is who they are billing. They only require BMI over 40, 2 co morbilities, psych evaluation, Dr talk and nutritionist visit. I got it all done in 1 day, except the psych eval. I have that next week. This is moving so fast for me. I hope after insurance approves me, it moves quick dr le port's office seems slooooooow. I would love to hear from anyone who went through or who is going through Dr leport's office in fountain valley, ca. Thanks!

Want to get the band but all these horror stories are scaring the sh.. Out if me!! I love the idea of losing the weight slowly as opposed to how quickly you lose it with the sleeve. Can I hear some success banders stories? Can I hear about all the positive things that happen when you got your band? How it changed your life? I need it! Ha ha. Thank you to you all!

I am attending a seminar at the new dimensions bariatric center a week from today. I am so excited. They take care if the nutritionist, psych evaluation and everything else in one day! I still need insurance approval though. I have Anthem bc of California. I have a 42 bmi with high blood pressure and am pre-diabetic. I'm pretty sure I will be approved but am hoping I won't need months with a nutritionist. Anyone else deal with anthem blue cross or new dimensions bariatric center in Fountain Valley? First time posting on here but have been stalking all your posts for a few weeks now lol. Any advice is appreciated
