Thank god for my nutri bullet shakes are super smooth I'm on Bariatric Advantage Strawberry flavor. I'm hanging in there telling myself this isn't forever I will eat again. -
Any tips on the liquid diet Thursday afternoon will be my last meal. The time for surgery will be here before I know it getting myself prepared

Hi I started pre- op Thursday night after preop appt I had that day at 3... I'm doing okay so far drinking water crystal light broth I'm allowed 2 light yogurts a day 3 protein shakes a day also sugar free jello so I'm trying to stay focused next weekend I'll be on the countdown since surgery for me is 3/3 .... Good luck too you we are on our way too soon be sleeved -

Oh I'm so happy I was on the road had to pull over & that's when I got the great news. My Doc just submitted last week I had no time to even wonder about approval it all happened so fast so my Pre-op appt is 2/19 and that night I start my 2 week diet then Surgery is scheduled for March 3rd. Feeling so blessed ❤️

I spoke to my nutritionist about 2wks ago I take now pre-op women's one a day since they are huge I asked her about crushing it then adding to Yogurt she said it would be fine which I figured but I wouldn't mind trying liquid multi vitamin someday my last visit with her is 2/3 I can't wait I'm ready to be sleeved

Went to nutritionist today went great she told me they will submit to insurance on 2/3 and that they usually respond within 1-2 weeks so by 2/12... I'm so greatful to God For all I've been through so far & I know it will be many changes along the way. I'm Blessed Too Have Come This Far biggest decision of my life my 1st major surgery. Not gonna beat myself up worrying about approval though I'll be anxious.... I'm Ready

I thought it would be 180 days that's what I was told then I found out its 7 visits tomorrow when I go I'll be shocked if they say no more nut visits. Will give an update later in the day on 1/13/15

Last one in February can't wait it's 7 visits instead of 6 I'll either be sleeved this winter or early spring I'm so ready to Get rid of this weight HW: 281-284 I'm up & down. Im done with all other appts.
