it gets easier. Come holiday dinners people thik it is hard however, put on your plate 1 tlb of whatever you want andof course Protein first howver you won't be able to finish your meal. And by all means take it SLOW the fullness crepes up fast

doing good gained back 10 lbs but working on getting it off now

I am dec 17 and on pureed foods....agree 1 bite to many and oh what misery. Down 18 lbs

I just got the phone call...... December 17th!!!! So excited surgeon appointment the 1st last NUT and endoscopy the 2nd.... and then surgery the 17th.... in the meantime going down to OC md after endoscopy and file for a marriage license..... could life get better. Looking forward to seeing and talking to others on our journey together..... for the post sleevers please keep us all in your prayers and I know you will be here for our support. Mine was early Wednesday morning.... the nausea is the worst and vomiting the incisions aren't to bad ...gas pains only 12 hours so felt lucky with that. When is everyone jumping on the scales

Nope been worried all day thank goodness I had to work lol .... good news a patient came into my lab with encouragement. Said she has the sleeve done 10 months ago and lost 110 lbs.

you shouldn't have any problemI felt the same way however mine was approved 1st letter. And I didn't have as many medical issues as you. Hold the faith

Everything is good here blood work tomorrow and then just wait to hear what time to be at the hospital. I am a little concerned about fluid intake after surgery. I get muscle cramps at night because of dehydration and I am drinking 80 oz of water a day now. I am filled b with fluid so take a blood pressure pill with a reducer in it doesn't make sense but nothing ever does with me lol. I am up in the middle of the night right.jow writing this because of a muscle cramp so we shall see

I was afraid also that I would be denied however my surgery is next Wednesday. Listen to what they say, check out options, ask what the risks are, what the expectations are etc..... They will explain and you will have timto decide what to do or which surgery to have. Good luck

I say the same thing about the failure but am assured that i am worrying for nothing if i flew the plan i will lose ......and lose then I will. My surgery is scheduled 17th never had a surgery but had kids and i know i can do this and do can you

On my mind also just told my mom. ....I'd choose she's worried cause i am get only child that had never had any surgery
