I've dealt with my weight my entire life. I was the chubby kid on the playground, the one that was tormented in junior high, and the one that learned to survive of Diet Coke and an apple in my high school years. I was able to have a quote normal weight for exactly one year of my life&honestly dream that I never had to worry about my weight .Got married right out of high school,and had two kids by the time I was 21. My weight has been an issue ever since. I have tried every diet out there actually got down to pretty normal weight of 190 pounds for me that lasted 6 months . I spent 3 hours a day at the gym and documented every single calorie the went into my mouth...
so fast forwarding my life I am now 41 my kids are raised and my priority is to get a healthy weight. Doing research I've discovered the gastric sleeve and found a doctor in Tijuana Mexico scheduled date is the 22nd and fingers crossed all goes well I am hopeful for my future and excited to find my healthy inner me.
I hope this site well give me some insight into when I need to do to accomplish my goals and guide me this new path of life. Thanks -Localdutchgal·
