  5. I was banded on 12/13 and haven't had any problems so far. About a week ago I started getting this "fluttering" in my chest right between my breasts. It doesn't hurt but it is noticable and uncomfortable. It definately wasn't there before last week. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced this and what it may be. thanks

    Ginger & Soy Tuna steak-YUM!

lol thanks Eileen sorry about the confusion-soy tuna does sound really gross!
  11. :hungry: I just had a ginger and soy tuna steak from Bumble Bee and it was awesome!! It comes in a little foil pouch already seasoned and cooked. I heated it up in a saute pan with it's own juice and it was really, really good!:clap2: It's kinda high in sodium (soy sauce will do that) but once in awhile for me is ok. You can find it in the regular tuna isle. for a 4 oz pouch here's the Nut. facts: 170 calories 2.5 total fat 40 cholesterol 1000 Sodium 3 carbs 34g Protein it was worth my $2.00 (sale price) just thought I'd share.
