cup of coffee w, splenda and 1/2 & 1/2

exercise- gonna walk on treadmill as soon as I get off this computer.
total calories before coffee was 1,151
86 grams of protein
Water 32 oz but still drinking
I still think my portions are too big but I have almost NO restriction.
any suggestions for a replacement for 1/2 & 1/2 ??
