Hi all, This is my first post. I am 14 weeks post op and have lost 44 lbs. you are doing fine. This is no quick fix. To be really honest I thought the surgery would do it all. Now know I have work to do. Will start walking every day this week. Be kind to yourself. I will be happy with 1lb a week. Job done in about 14 mths.
