Been stuck at 282-284, back and forth for several weeks now. Thinking about trying the 5 day reboot.

What is the 5 day reboot? I have been losing VERY slowly the past month or so. I am exercising regularly and my fitbit says I am taking in less calories than I am putting in, but I am not seeing a difference on the scale. Trying to remain calm and not worry, but I would love to start seeing results again!
