Sleeved July 7. Tomorrow will be a week and I'm still feeling ehh. The first 3 days were the worst with all the gas pain!! Ugg! Then because I wasn't able to sleep comfortably I got the worst crick in my neck! Ha! Trying to keep up with my h2o and protein intake. It's harder than I thought for protein because I am not hungry at all. Started liquids on July 5th at 276, stepped on my scale today at 256. Don't know where it went, I feel exactly the same.
