I'm 6 weeks out and been on stall for about 3 weeks. I keep bouncing from back and fourth weight. I get my protein in plus I'm eating 800 -1000 calories. I don't know what to do

I'm in the same boat. I'm 5 weeks out . I get all my protein and even go over. Average around 100-120 g of protein but I feel like I can eat lots of food. I'm trying to focus on more water. I don't exercise as much as I would like too. I am in a stall between 240 to 237 it moves back and fourth -
Thanks for the advice I think I'll hold off

Is steamed rice ok? I'm on soft foods. I made salmon for protein then I have some greens but I also boiled rice is that ok?
