I have a few questions 1. When do I start exercising? 2. When can I sleep on my side or stomach 3. I can drink all my 80g if protein but have problems drinking my 64oz water. Lately it's only been 20oz . Is that real bad?

I just finished the last of my protein. I must've drank it to fast. I have pain and I feel like it's coming back up and I can't lay down comfortably. What should I do?

My mom came over to help out and she cooked for my family. And to top it off she cooked my favorite dish "enchiladas" my mouth was watery for it lol. I just keep drinking my protein and chicken broth. It's all you can do

They are great and 40 g of protein. I drink two a day and get my 80g of protein

The protein drink I'm drinking is clear. The taste is not bad at all. I like the different flavors

I'm 3 days post op. I do feel hungry however I drink my liquid isopure protein. I have lots of flavors. As far as vitamins I take a chewable multivitamin and a dissolvable b12

I had my gastric sleeve July 10. The hardest part was dealing with the shoulder gas. To anyone having the surgery soon Please walk!! It's so important. I came home July 11th and I feel a bit more comfy in bed but I do continue to walk around my house. I even started my menstrual which has been months since I had my period. Has anyone else started there period after surgery? I drink my isopure protien drink and also drink like 32 oz of water which I need to drink more. But one thing I notice is I have cravings for regular solid food. Yesterday my family was over and the cooked and I wanted the food so bad. I know it's in my head but does anyone else feel this way ? I do drink half a cup of chicken broth
