How many calories are you taking in? I have only gone over 600 calories one time and I feel like I'm not getting enough. I was sleeved 7/1 and have been dizzy and light-headed recently.

"Breathe" is because I have anxiety and often forget to take a breath. The dragonfly is from our custom wedding invites and the dog paw is because I have had such awesome dogs in my life.
