Thanks so much guys for all these great ideas. I am only a month out and sick of puree and wet foods. My Dr appt for clearance is Friday and then I move on to soft solids I think. I was just wondering what I was going to eat for the rest of my life since I find myself eating 6 times a day, albeit not that much lol, but still.

Sometimes I think people just want things to stay the same. I think most of us get more confident as we lose weight and that's hard for those close to us to handle. we all gained weight for a reason but the truth is we probably didn't put ourselves first and now you are. You keep moving on to that healthy weight and feel great doing it. Ignore the naysayers!!

Unjury unflavored don't like it with Milk or crystal light. Anyone have some good recipes to share. Don't like the foam.

How far along are you? Do you have a surgery date yet?

Hello Delawarean's, Just joined not too long ago and my surgery last Tuesday July 22nd. Plugged in Delaware to see if their were anymore out there. I had Dr. Wynn but my follow up tomorrow is with Peters. I think CHRIAS did a great job in prep and surgery. well just thought I'd say HI! Becca

I am a little over a week out now. Sleeve date was July 22nd. The first few days are the worst and it seems everyone has different issues. I felt like I was hit by a truck muscle pains everywhere but no nausea at all. Everyday I've gotten a little better and am up and around. I was just wondering what kind of protein shakes are you guys drinking. I have unjury unflavored which I can taste in milk. Any yummy suggestion while still in the all liquid stage? Becca

I'm having min the 22nd so close and just liquids no more bars today or tomorrow. Yet alas I am close so close nervous and excited. Question for some reason I can't figure out what's allowed or not allowed on the all liquid diet? I'm guessing just liquids lol.

Mine is scheduled for July 22. I am doing the Optifast now and its ok sometimes but other times I'm starving. I know it will be worth in the end. I'm out of Delaware and insurance is picking up most of it I have to cover 20%.
