I am 5 weeks out and still feel so tired in the afternoon. I am too tired to exercise in the evening. My doctor doesn't want me drinking protein shakes...but I know I am not getting the 60 grams of protein.
I have a date...September 23rd....I was so excited about getting a date and now I am I have one but nervous and anxious for different reasons...I keep asking myself can I do this? ??
