My surgery is on July 23rd! I'm excited and nervous! I'm on my 3rd day on my pre-op liquid diet...I can't stand the protein shakes already! Lol I'm happy to find many of us are in the month of July. I wish everyone good luck !! I know this is the journey we were all waiting for ???? Let's keep in touch!

I'm glad you're doing great! ???? I'm on my pre-op liquid diet and I'm having a hard time to sleep through the night. I dont know what it is... Probably I'm nervous bc of the surgery, can't stop thinking about it. But I'm going to start exercising this Monday, I really hope it helps me sleep better (and not wake up my husband in the middle of the night) ???? I'll keep you posted on how it goes! -
Hi everyone, I'm so happy that I found this app! My surgery is on the 23rd and I start my pre-op diet today. I'm sooo nervous but excited that I'm finally doing this. I don't want to fail, so any advice to survive these two weeks will be greatly appreciated. (I'm going to take my protein now... Hope I don't starve later) ????

Thank you!! Quick question. Can I chew sugar free gum during the preop diet? I feel like I need to chew smthg , but of course I don't want to cheat. Anyone?
