Hi my name is Barbara. I found bariatric pal while doing some research on gastric sleeve surgery. I have been going thru my Dr.'s required " to do list " in anticipation of having by-pass surgery because I thought that's what we decided on. My surgeon, Dr. Marty Harnisch, called me yesterday to set a date for my surgery and during the course of that conversation he told me he will be doing the sleeve because of my size (I weigh 333lbs.). So I'm now researching sleeve surgery and weight loss. I will be having my surgery on Aug. 26th and starting my liquid diet on the 12th. I just wonder what kind of weight loss I can expect. Thanks for any help I can get.
