The only thing that scares me is.... I don't eat enough! I hope I can maintain and keep up w the daily requirements once I get sleeved! -
That will get you full and it will last for a longer period of time. I juice every morning for energy? It's good for weight loss as well.

Like w the nutribullet or a juicer. (Sorry for not posting a longer explanation)! You can buy the machine at Target or any department store. You basically use fruits and vegetables but mainly fruit and u make a fresh juice that is low in calories and carbs? Is your diet clear?

If I can get past 20 pounds lost I will be happy! No matter what I do or try 20 pounds is all I can lose! So I will be very thankful for this tool once I receive it! I will be happy w whatever I can get lol! Everything happens in divine order! #patience -

I am exactly the same weight and height! Sometimes 5 foot even? I will be getting sleeved with Dr. Quinones November 13th 2014. I am soooo excited! -

If something happens after the 7 days all you need is a doctors note and if your are sick that will be easy to obtain.

I personally never used ice in it but I would assume it should be okay? Bcuz u add liquid and I use frozen fruit which is just as hard as ice?

If you already started the process they may be able to assist you! Or..... There's always Mexico! That's my option! I just find it really weird that I pay a premium for healthcare and then I have to be given permission for a service that's covered under my plan! #crazy

My coworker had her surgery in re band she literally gets drunk from a sip or 2 so she doesn't even touch it! Tolerance is really low! -
