I'm in, My current weight is 204.8 my goal is 189.8! -
I lost 18 pounds my first week, I'm now 3 months post op and it has definetlty slowed down! Your body is going through a big change, don't expect much your second or third week but eventually it will all even out to a steady pace.

Your Birthday is 4 days before your surgery I don't see why you can't go out and enjoy it with your friends. You do only turn 21 once and you should be able to go out and enjoy a couple drinks! Happy early birthday -
If you have a target near you I found this new brand called oily and its a woman's complete gummy and they taste really good. I took them to my NUT and she said they were fine!
