    Hi Northern Lady, What part of MN are you from? Don't worry if you do not want to say. I'm from West Central MN. Have my last visit to surgeon (had to do six mo. supervised diet) on Tuesday and then will send paperwork to BCBS for approval. Sounds like you are doing great.
