I found Bariatric Advantage s James to be the best. They are smooth and not gritty- also not too sweet. Or a nice cream is my favorite flavor. It can be pur based on the Bariatric Advantage website or Amazon. They are costly, so I sampled well before surgery & gradually stocked up to s pre a d out the cost. Th e y are s great source of protein.
