Hi, I had my lap band surgery a week ago and had my one week post-surgery visit today. All is well and I've been moved on to mushy foods from all liquids, but I don't think i'm getting enough Fiber and still suffering from diarrhea and loose stool. Forgot to ask this morning, is it a good idea to take a fiber supplement (pill or liquid)? Recommendations? Suggestions?
