Im 6 weeks out too and have lost 18lbs post- op and 39 total. Had a couple weeks the scale didn't move much. I have found that if I eat
real smaller meals protein first and every 2-3 hours the weight is coming off. If I wait till I feel hungery I try to eat to much.
I'm 12 days out and in the puree food week, I only drink premier Protein 11 oz shakes that I add about 2oz of Water or 10oz shake made with milk and unfloavered Protein powder. One shake aday hasnt been enought been feeling hungery.
