HI Tiffa, Im brand new to the group, and stumbled around your post. to be clear, im not a medical professional, but i have made some serious progress with my own hormone issues...the following is not medical advice, but some pointers to run past your doctor. Run this past your doctor,..as you mentioned you not getting good quality sleep and fatigue and low sex drive (sounds familar !!). There is a direct correlation between sleep apnea, and low testostone. It really could be that simple. The solution short term - get a sleep study done - and if you have Sleep apnea - get a CPAP machine / and a great nights sleep. & stay on the cream. Long term - weight loss the the best cure for sleep apnea - when you lose the fat - you lose the cpap machine - and lose the hormone issues !!! GOOD NEWS !! - I hope this helps all the best
