My goal weight is 145. I have 129 lbs to go. My 36th bday is October 3rd. My goal is to be in onederland by then at 199. I have 3 months to lose 33 lbs. 11 lbs a month. my hubby is joining me for the same challenge. Root for us!!!!

Strictures are because my pouch was too tight. They went back in through a scope and dilated so that I can keep food and water down. Outpatient procedure.
