What do you mix your protein with?
ejd1024 replied to Marisa1972's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Outside of hood milk (that's the brand) I've mixed mine into shakes certain soups ( half a scoop) and when I could try mashed potatoes that. There was a recipe to put some in jello for a dessert but I didn't like the after taste. -

Bananas? Good Or Bad?
ejd1024 replied to gettinthinner's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
In the blenderized phase I was told I could put half a banana in my shake. Seems like the answers here are all over the chart. I'd stick to your drs. Response though. I know we are all diff. -

But man..in 2 months...58 lbs I'll never see again. I don't want this ride to end. My mental toughness has been tested during this journey. I know there's more to look forward to good and bad... if this is all I lose by far this is a great success story. I'd obviously like to lose more it's just I'm happy with my decisions and how my life has changed since having this surgery. Hope everyone's having as wonderful a Monday as me.
