  1. I can see where some of you are coming from regarding the trust issue - if it's been discussed and he's agreed not to do it, it is a breach of trust if he goes ahead and does it anyway. However, I think you are putting him in a pretty tough position to try to force him to stop in the first place. Guys like porn, they all look now and then and some will look more than others - with it becoming especially exciting if it is forbidden! So what is your poor hubby supposed to do when you put the hard word on him to "give it up"? Should he be honest and say "no I don't want to and chances are I would break my promise even if I made it"? How would you have reacted to that? I suspect hubby would be worried that this would escalate the situation into a fight. So he lies and tells you he'll give it up, all while knowing how unlikely that is...he's stuck between a rock and a hard place and can't win that one, so most people are going to go with the easy lie and hope to not get caught. I really don't get why this is such a big deal for some women. It's pictures, for goodness sakes! Whoopdedoo! If he was cybering with some woman or exchanging photos with another person, THEN you have some cause for worry, but if he's not blind, he's going to be looking... May as well embrace it and look with him!

Sadly, mine have shrunken quite a lot and are very saggy now too The next step in this journey is to get them lifted and filled up again!

    Do you douche?

Oregondaisy, if you are having problems with yeast infections, I can think of 2 things that no-one has mentioned so far. 1) Put half a cup of vinegar into a bath of hot/warm Water and sit and soak for a while - practice your Kegels while you're in there to flush yourself. The relief is immediate and quite long lasting. 2) Avoid soft cheeses like camembert and brie. Other suggestions already mentioned, such as taking the pro-biotics and applying natural unsweetened yogurt also work well.

Why do women have anal sex?

WOW but I have missed the PowderRoom!! Loving this thread!! I have to put my vote in with the "Do it because I love it" group and it's such fun to see that group is winning, in spite of how many women have said they wouldn't be in it. It's not something we do every time (probably about 1 in 5 encounters) but I LOVE it when the mood is right! As everyone says, you have to take it slow and work your way up there, else it will hurt like hell, but when done right, it's mind-blowing. Oh, and Gloucester? Try again with the man, even if he is pretty well-endowed. I have to admit, I gulped in fear when I thought of trying that with my current man because he is VERY well endowed and I hadn't tried with anyone that big before. However, it just takes a little more patience and lot more working up to it, but the end result is SO worth it! *quivers*

    Singles: What size for dating?

I'm assuming you mean US sizes, so your 14 is our 18 and that's when I felt comfortable putting myself out there... and, just for the record - single no longer!! (currently between an Aus 16 & 14, so US 12 to 10).

For those who have lost BIG time . . .

You know, Christasha, that you ARE one of those BIG TIME LOSERS that everyone wants advice from, don't you? 91lb lost is one hell of an achievement and you should be so PROUD of yourself! I've lost the same and I'm feeling pretty successful overall. I know how you feel about losing slowly though - I did well for my first 12 months, slow and steady and it just kept on going... Then I had that little re-work done last October and I have gained and lost the same 5kg over and over. I bounce from 85kg up to 90kg and then down again, with every now and then hitting a new low (by the merest whisker). At the moment, I'm heading down again, so here's hoping for a new nadir point!

    Lellow and the Torso Lift

Lellow, I have been away from LBT for a while now and just came back to find this whole thread. Congratulations!! You have done wonderfully well! I'm just about to start the same journey as you and have my first appointment with a plastic surgeon in June to check out the possibilities. Shopping around for a doctor seems quite different here in Perth, compared to the way that the US people speak of it. Would you mind PMing me the name of your doctor? I would like to get at least 2 opinions before I go ahead with something. Of course, it may be that your surgeon recommended that same guy that my GP has recommended, so if that's the case then 2 recommendations would be a good thing too! I look forward to reading much more about your journey and hope that mine is as successful as yours has been. Cheers!

Oh yum... I haven't had a scotch egg in AGES!! They are fairly common here, at deli's in the lunch food counter. Yummy hot (with ketchup) or cold... Damn I want one now!

    Would you get breast implant.....??

Well I know I replied in this thread about a year ago, but it's too much hassle to go back and find that comment, so I just have to hope I'm being consistent here. Now that I've lost a fair bit of the weight I want to lose (still a ways off goal though!), I've been starting to focus on surgical ways to complete the transformation. My skin is fairly saggy in spite of regular gym workouts and I have two major scars (one on my back/side and one on my tummy) that really emphasise the sags and folds, so I'm looking to do a full lower body lift that will cut out the existing scars as part of the process. In addition, my G-H cup boobs have deflated down horribly. With all the loose skin, I have to roll them up to stuff them in a bra and the skin does mean I still fill an E cup but the boobs are basically empty. When I lie down, they fall in on themselves into ugly wrinkled empty sacks :sneaky: Very upsetting. After all these years of having huge norks, I can't imagine life with little boobs and I don't think it would fit my self-image. I want my pre-fat full and luscious E cups back, not these horrible things on my chest :smile2: I think I'll end up with a major reconstruction - reduction/lift to get rid of all the sagging skin and then implants to fill what's left back up again! Hmmm... I wonder if they can remove the extra pair of "armpit boobs" that I have too? Can't wait to find out what's possible at my first visit to the plastic surgeon in June!!

What's with all the cake mix recipes for that?? Curiosity had me googling for the recipe and every single one that I found calls for a "packet of yellow cake mix". Doesn't ANYONE make cakes using flour and stuff anymore? Not even the "famous" online chefs??? Even the chocolate gooey butter cake variation called for a packet of chocolate cake mix!

    Emergency advice needed...

Let me reiterate all the advice to call your surgeon. In the meantime, however, look through the drugs the hospital gave you on discharge and see if you can find any anti-nausea ones. My doctor gave me two types - one was a pill which I was to take if I got into trouble with PB'ing and the other was a wafer that I was to put under my tongue if it got to an "emergency" situation and I couldn't swallow Water or the pill. I used that once after getting stuck and then PB'ing for 12 hours straight (dunno why I let it go that long!!). It worked instantly and gave my stomach the chance to rest and let some swelling go down. You don't need to have a slip or an obstruction for you to be in real trouble. After all this time of being dehydrated and throwing up, your stomach is badly swollen and that won't go down for some time. It's the swelling that is making it so sensitive and you need to get that under control so that you can at least sip water (one sip at a time). If you don't have the medicine, get your local doctor to prescribe some for you. It really does help.

Fanny's Outback News Post Today we had the official opening of the new Mine-To-Mill Conveying System, taking the first Underground diamond-bearing ore up to the surface Processing Plant. As the mine is on traditional Aboriginal land (under lease from the Traditional Owners), the opening ceremony took the form of a Muntha - an Aboriginal "Welcome and Blessing" ceremony. The mine is on an area that is sacred to the women of one of the local tribes, therefore all the ceremonies are run by and performed by the women elders. I've picked out a few of the most representative pics below, but if anyone wants to see the full set, use this Slideshow link.

Well it took a couple of months for it to become a habit and I thought the habit was ingrained, but it only took a very short while for it to wear off once the negative reinforcement was lifted! I had some minor corrective surgery last October which meant the surgeon took out all the fluid in my band and said he had put it all back again. Unfortunately however, I hadn't really felt restriction since then and all my habits fell away. I was eating "normal" sized bites at a fairly quick pace, with no restrictions on types of food at all - open slather on everything. I've been struggling with putting on and taking off the same 5kg (11lb) over and over ever since. I finally talked the doc into checking the fluid levels properly, discovered that they were down and have been refilled up to pre-operation level and boy howdy do I know it now!! I've obviously forgotten all of my bandster habits and I've been getting stuck and PBing every couple of days, through sheer carelessness :scared2: I know I'm not too tight because I can still eat comfortably when I pay attention and follow the rules, but take my eye off the ball for even one bite and I'm back in the loo, chucking up and miserable  Oh well... at least the scales are moving again! I just have to learn to be more disciplined again!

Hi everyone... It's been a while again, and I haven't gone through all the posts to catch up. Man, you guys post a lot!! There's HUNDREDS to go through!! News in my world, in case anyone is interested or missed me... The boyfriend moved in at the end of January, I got an offer on my house and settlement will be on May 15. Still working up at Argyle and things look good to continue there for a while. Got another couple of fills and finally got back to the restriction level I was at before that little fix-it operation I had last October, so FINALLY starting to see the scales move again. I had nearly given up in despair over that but it's all good now. Ooh - and I got a new haircut  How's everyone here? Does anyone want to give me a quick summary of the juicy gossip I've missed out on since my last post?
  20. Hi to all those who said they would be in for a Perth Bandsters Get Together. Sorry I didn't contact you all when I was home from site last time, but time just kinda got away from me... I'm hoping this poll will help us to reach a decision on how, when and where our little soiree will occur... Pick as many options as you are happy to do (ie all available dates, all acceptable options). The one(s) with the most votes wins.

I'm with the "I need a fill" crowd! I've been struggling for months now and feel like I don't even have a band at all. It's right back to the bandster hell days of before the first fill! Up until I had to have that corrective operation on my tubing last October, the fills were working beautifully. In fact, the last one of 0.5ml before that op was too much and I had to have 0.25ml taken out. I had 6ml in a 10ml band at the time of the op and the surgeon said he put it all back at the end of the procedure. For the next few weeks, I still had restriction, as I was all swollen internally from the opertion. However, when the swelling went down, I was left feeling wide open! I went back for another fill just before Xmas but they'd only put in 0.25ml because of the problem prior to the operation and that did nothing for me. Since then, I've had full on appetite, have not had to follow ANY bandster rules about chewing, eating slowly, etc. Gradually I have slipped back into old habits of eating normal sized bites and my plate sizes are getting larger and larger with no food types off the list. I've been doing my best with self-discipline but I have gained and lost the same 3kg over and over again since October and I am SICK of this! On Friday, when I go back for another fill, I'm going to demand a full 1ml and if that makes me tight, well good! I hated being too tight before but damnit, I need drastic action now!!! /rant... Ooops! Sorry about that... guess I'm a little more frustrated by the whole thing than I realised *blush*

I'm having the first Home Open to sell my house today and I can't be there coz I'm up on site *chews fingernails*. It's hard letting Chris and the real estate agent handle everything - I want to be there!!! Wish me luck, peoples, coz I've got to sell my current house to make the purchase of my new one go through ok... Damn, does being nervous make anyone else hungry? I would have thought it would make me feel tighter from the stress but I am craving Cookies right now!

Their claws are definitely long and very sharp!! The ones in the wildlife parks that are used to being handled are very cute and mostly docile, but there's no way I'd try to pick up a wild one! Those claws could cut to the bone!! Mind you, the ones on the wildlife parks have a reputation for peeing all over the tourists when they hold them for the photos :frown:. They arrested two people the other day but released them as they had the wrong people. It looks like they've got the right guy this time, let's hope the charges stick! He's apparently being kept in protective custody as there are real fears for his safety - and if he's convicted and goes to jail, they'll probably have to do that for the duration of his sentence coz I don't imagine he'd last very long in the general population of a prison. smsithart, don't take this wrong but how does someone NOT "take this wrong" when you are calling them mean and confrontational? It's pretty hard to misinterpret that!

Donna, I love that koala pic - I was sent it a few days ago too. It's doing the rounds here in Aus and is set to become one of those "classic" images. These are a couple of other koala/kangaroo pics that were doing the email rounds in Aus just a day or two before the fires, when everyone was talking about the incredible heatwave. The koala ones were apparently taken on someone's back verandah in Victoria: The kangaroo ones were taken somewhere on the southern Victoria coastline:
