We'll I'm acowboyswife & I had surgery a year ago on June 12, so I'm a year out and lost 63lbs since the day of my surgery however I have 38lbs to go but my weight loss has completely stopped and I'm getting worried because I figured by now I would be at my goal weight.
The day of my surgery went real smooth but after my surgery I literally could not keep ANYTHING down & that went on for several days even when I went home. I had to go back to the hospital for hydration and stronger medicine.(all of that helped) I would do it ALL over again.
I'm concerned..... what else could do to get this weight loss going again. I do eat or drink my protein and several times a day. I found this community by googling it
