  1. Today has been a month since I got sleeved. I have lost 19 lbs. I know everyone is different but I feel discouraged because it has only been 19 lbs. I guess that I was expecting more... I've been stalled for 2 weeks now. Is this that I am going through normal??? I need some motivation....

    Thanks for the encouraging words guys! It really helps to see that I am not the only one. I will continue thinking positive, hopefully I will start losing more weight soon. One thing is that without the sleeve I would've never lost the 19 lbs, that is for sure!
  3. It's been 4 weeks for me and I feel exactly like you do! I have no problem with food ( purée) but water is difficult to drink!
  4. Thanks for the encouraging words! I get depressed at times because I have only lost 16 lbs. I was sleeved on June 28th (3 wks ago) and I see that some people have lost so much more in the same amount of time. My starting weight was 219 and now I am 203 lbs, been stalled for 3 days thanks for your words though, at least I know that it is normal.
  5. Do the 1-3 ounces include liquids as well??? Maybe this is a silly question but I am on liquids right now and I am taking in more than that per meal. I am confused!!! How far out are you CIO? Yesterday was my 3rd week anniversary. I started eating puréed foods today.

  8. It's been a week since I got sleeved. I started at 216 lbs and my current weight is 209. Even though it's only 7 lbs I am happy because without the sleeve I just know that it wouldn't be possible. Today I started taking vitamins and drinking protein shakes. My question is: How much protein should I take per day??? I have heard everything from 50-100 grams! Is 50 grams enough? Is 100 grams too much??? Help please!
