Interesting you are saying this sxzzz because after 4 months post-op, I just realized that I no longer have the 'grudge' living within me any longer LOL!! In time yours will go away and YES, interesting to come to the realization of what we used to eat. I noticed this when I went out with my girlfriend and watched her down a dinner salad (more like a full salad,) a plate of ribs with steak and veggies. I almost got sick watching her eating it...

I hear you on that one...just watching people eat ,blaa...wow I use to be like that...no wonder we are such a big country...watching commercials with food ads 'which seem that is all that is on...most junk food, fat and high in calories...I am so glad that I had the lap band.
