EAS Whey Protein or Recommendations?

Currently, I use EAS Lean 15 for my Protein shake in the mornings. Are there any post op people who use EAS whey Protein? How does it go down, taste, etc? Also, do you have any recommendations for powders you like ? Thanks! -

I so understand the "pretty face" comment, I used to hear it all my life and it was always said with such disappointment, as in such a waste... I learned a long time ago not to be affected by those people and to live my life for myself.....Anyway soon you will have a hot body to go along with that pretty face...good luck on your journey, stay on your protocol, and you will be there before you know it....

WOW! you look awesome! congratulations. I have tons of questions!!!! LOL! I am scheduled for surgery 8/22. Where do you start at the gym? I currently just ride my bike or walk a lot right now. I want to join a gym but i am so intimidated by the gym scenario?

HI! I just got my surgery date as well. I am scheduled for August 22, 2014. I have my scope on August 6th and class on July 31st. I am looking forward to the change in my life and can't wait to embrace all of the changes. Since I first met with the doctor I have began making my health and fitness a priority and have lost about 47lbs. I can't wait to have the surgery!
