Thanks y'all for the replies!!! I just google & read online that the headaches i'm experiencing could be that I'm not getting enough water due to being dehydrated could possibly cause headaches..so today I'm going to really focus on getting my 64 oz of water down!!! I have been having headaches & I was wondering if any of y'all have experience this when y'all were doing the liquid diet?
