I'm on day 4 of my liquid diet. My day two was horrible as well. I spoke with my NUT and she reinforced that I should try cream soups (strained so no food particles are in it) and I'm able to add LIGHT cool whip on top if the low sugar (less than 15g of sugar) yogurts. I got the dessert flavors since they don't have fruit pieces in the (red velvet, lemon meringue, key lime pie, etc). I've been doing tomato soup and shakes so the cream soup was a nice change. Not sure if your diet will allow it so check with your doc/NUT first. It does get better though.
