I know you can do it!! I am drinking 1 or 2 Protein shakes per day, and still can't eat very much........maybe 1 egg or 2 tablespoons of chicken, not much else. I get full SO fast. -

I really HATE exercising, but have been making myself do some low impact aerobics and walking. I started my pre-op liquid diet on May 6 and am down 47 lbs since then. How about you? -
6 weeks out, more restriction than week 3, 4, and 5, this happen often?

I am almost 6 weeks post-op and just found this site. I am so thankful to find people going through the same things I am. I am eating less now than last week as well, hmmmmm? I am sure you have answered this in other posts, but I haven't read through them all yet........how much weight have you lost, including the 2 weeks liquid pre-op diet? I just want to know if I'm on the right track. THANKS for being here!!
