This afternoon while grocery shopping I could feel a sugar low coming on while I was checking out. I am still on liquids only but wanting to raise my sugar (and maybe cheat just a little) I opened a box of pretzel crackers and hummus and promptly shoved 4 crackers and 2 teaspoons of hummus in my face....I am feeling stuffed like a pig but my sugar is back to normal!! Grrrrrrrrrr :-/
