My husband hid the scale. We will all get there. Just keep swimming. I'm trying to shift my focus to other things. I know it wasn't good for me to keep checking the scale more than once a day.
yeah that scale messes with you head!! mine was taken away i became obessed for the first 5 weeks so i know what u are going threw focus more on your water intake and moving around verses the weighing of yourself
