Hi everyone! My surgery will be in Nov, not sure if exact date yet, but i'm thinking the 17th. I'm from Louisiana. Not looking forward to pre-op diet!!????

I finally got my approval yesterday!!! I think i'm going to do it Nov 17th. I'm a hairdresser, so i'm trying to see what's best for my schedule, and also my husband's. He'll have to take vacation time to help me with my 2 kids. I'm excited, nervous, apprehensive and ready all in one. Very strange! Anyone else having these feelings? I just hope it's not a decision i'll regret for the rest of my life.

Congrats! I called my ins today to check on my status, and they were closed for the holiday. Guess i'll try tomorrow.

I am also waiting for approval. My last appt with NP and NUT was 9/25. My paperwork should have been submitted on 9/29, but i'm not sure if it has. I'll call the office tomorrow to check status. Hopefully I hear something soon. I'm losing my motivation

Am still in the preliminary stages, 3 month low carb, high protein diet, insurance requirements, etc. I don't have a surgery date yet, but my surgeon will be Dr. Cunningham. I was just wondering if anyone has used him. I haven't met him yet, just curious...
