At our meeting yesterday I mentioned the "My Fitness Coach" program for the Wii and I just wanted to let you guys know that I see it's in Circuit City's ad for this week at $19.99. They say it's balance board compatible but I don't think it truly is. However, for $20 I think I may pick up a copy myself. Yea, all that snow we were supposed to get never came... must of went somewhere else. I'm planning on being at the mall at 1:30 and have packed my bag for the gym for after. I can't wait to see everyone!

Hi Merry Losers!!! My bandiversary was 2 days ago and happily I'm at 84.5 pounds gone!!!! Woo Hoo. Things got a little dicey a two months ago and I had to have an almost full unfill due to being too tight and a possible slippage. I had not had a fill since April but had to have a slight unfill in August and then 5cc's removed in late September. I went two months without any restriction and fought with about 5-7 pounds but in my book it was a great practice for maintenance and I did well. I am now back down to my lowest and have decent restriction once again. I hope to continue to go down and report in next December that I'm at goal :-) Some of my favorite things... I can now buy size 14 jeans off the shelf and, when they fit, know it's not a fluke. I can now buy underwear at Victoria's Secret. I just bought some 14-16 underwear at Lane Bryant and it's too big! LOL It was the first new undies I'd bought all year and no luck. I'm excited to go back and exchange for 12s!!!!!!! After that I'm out of LB for good! I bought size large sleep pants (womens!) from Old Navy and they fit. It's still crazy to migrate toward the plus size clothing, but I'm working on it. The more I buy smaller sizes the more I find I'm believing that I'm actually smaller! :-) It's been the most exhilarating year ever. I have made so many new friends and have really started a journey to self discovery.

What a great turnout we had despite the crowds and the limited parking spots at the mall. It was great catching up with everyone and seeing how great Patrick looked following his surgery. I can't wait to see you all next month (year!)

How fun! We were probably neighbors! Our meetings are the 2nd Saturday of each month so please feel free to join us if you're ever in town visiting!

I haven't lost anything since my last photos were posted, but as I'm coming up on my 1 year bandiversary I thought I'd post some new comparisons. I hope you enjoy! This first picture is from Christmas 2006... it was when I saw this that I knew I had to do something more drastic than Weight Watchers. This picture is from October 2007. I was pre-op at this time and weighed in at 282 pounds. This is me last weekend... Christmas 2008. 85 pounds lost in 11.5 months. My bandiversary is December 18. I am wearing a size 14 jean in this picture, I was in a 24/26 last year. I feel like a new woman! I can't wait to see where year two takes me on this journey. Good luck to the rest of you!
