Good job everyone and good luck to those having surgery tomorrow. Ive lost three pounds since sunday. Hope to lose at least 5 more. Three protein shakes broth and water with crystal light.

So how much have people lost while doing pre pp diet and how closely have you followed it?

My pre op diet is 7 days. 5 more to go. Surgery November 11

I've heard people on here say u will feel the restriction when u start eating more solid foods. Liquids flow easier through the sleeve.

I started mine two days early. I just got back off a cruise and felt i ate way too much food. I weighed myself this morning and only gained a pound so i said i would start pre op diet early. Its hard looking at food knowing you can't have it. I then think about how much healthier im going to be and how much im going to enjoy clothes and shoe shopping. We will eventually be able to eat regular food but watching what we eat and the portions that we eat. Surgery November 11.

Good. I settled on premier protein drinks. They were the only ones with a taste i could drink. Wishing everyone good luck and sucess.

U do what is best for you and is going to make you happy and feel good. I went to a support group meeting a couple of nights ago and trust me if i didn't know before i truly know now it is NOT the easy way out. It will affect you for the rest of your life. Getting sleeved November 11.
