Ive had two stalls. Sleeved 11/11. First one lasted two weeks and the second about ten days. Down 37 pounds and four sizes. Follow the rules. You'll be fine. -

Hi. Sorry for the way you're feeling but it does get better. Just allow your body time to heal especially your sleeve. Your sleeve is very swollen and you have to allow time for all the swelling to go down.

Congratulations. I was sleeved 11-11. I was losing a pound a day. The end of last week nothing so i guess I've hit the three week stall. Hope its over soon.
