    Hello everyone Im 8 days post opp & already lost 12 kg yaayy My question is that i dont have anything to drink beside actimel yogurt drink, slimfast & cup a Soup. I cant seem to find any yogurt with 5g sugger or less Ohh and please if someone could share a recipe for veg soup that would be great. & are we allowed to use salt & pepper this early? Thank you
