Oh my Gosh a leak sounds so scary. What symptoms did you have that led you to realize you had a leak? Great to hear all us 'June Sleevers' are doing well for the most part :-)

Hello everyone. I'm completely new to this whole site and this is my first post! I had my sleeve operation on Thursday June 12th. That was 12 days ago now & as of this morning Ive lost 14lbs. My recovery is going well apart from the whole protein issue. I can not bare the taste of them & I've tried a few. I'm TERRIFIED if I don't get enough protein my hair will fall out. I have very thin hair as it is & it's one of the only features I like about my body! Has anyone else had the issue of hair loss due to not getting enough protein...? Thanks in advance :-)
