The Dr. put me off work for six weeks, after four weeks, I returned to work part time. No problems othe then tiring out easily. -
I am five years out, never hit my goal but was happy happy happy. Since the first of the year I have put back on 24 pounds. WHY am I doing this? I have no idea, but today Im starting over "again". Dont let it pull you in, I feel for ya, fight back. Ive heard that if you can go a day without eating (fasting) your stomach will go back to the size it was after surgery, not enough roo for much. Not sure if its true, but Im sure hoping.
